What You’ll Be Doing Safeguard alignment with the Vendor Management Framework. Deliver full-spectrum support to Contract Owners across the vendor lifecycle—from competitive sourcing and due-diligence requirements to contract governance and performance monitoring. Evolve and maintain VMF tools, processes, and documentation. Oversee the vendor register and inventory within SharePoint. Guide Contract Owners through vendor risk assessments and mitigation pathways. Facilitate training to strengthen vendor management capabilities enterprise-wide. Provide strategic insights and reporting to optimize vendor spend and performance. Drive timely contract renewals to sustain uninterrupted service delivery. Assess and validate exceptions to compliance requirements. Partner with business units and SMEs to remediate non-compliance or contract-breach issues. Update contract inventory to reflect vendor offboarding and terminations. What You’ll Bring A university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract management, with strong understanding of financial processes and controls. Deep knowledge of vendor and contract management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong relationship-building capabilities and stakeholder management skills. Agility, change-readiness, and adaptability in dynamic environments. Proven planning, execution, and organizational capabilities. Solid business acumen and analytical depth. Confident communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels. High integrity, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
