We invite you to become a Family Physician at our new community health clinic within an established medical building in the heart of Brampton, ON. This role is perfect for those passionate about serving a diverse patient population and contributing to comprehensive primary care services.

Your Role:

  • Provide continuous and comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  • Perform routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to ongoing medical education.
  • Skilled in managing a wide range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
  • High standards of discipline, punctuality, ethics, and compassion.
