Duration: 6-month contract (chance to extend)

A leading company in the Canadian Gas Operations industry is looking to add a member to their team for a 6 month contract.

Support the execution of the Pension & Benefits workstream so the programs are ready to be communicated and delivered to employees
Collaborate with Total Rewards team members supporting the spin to execute tasks identified in the project workplan
Assist with documenting processes, creating and reviewing communication material, checking data integrity, testing systems, answering employee inquiries, and following up on issues or requests from vendors and consultants
Support other Pension & Benefits operational activities as required

A relevant undergraduate degree in business or commerce
Minimum 8 years of pension and/or benefits experience in a large, complex, corporate environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
S. benefits or pension is an asset
Solid organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to manage information, data and correspondence on multiple levels
Managing competing priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment while being flexible with changing priorities
