Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and initiative-taking individual to join our team as a Trainer in the Dragonfly Academy . In this role you will be responsible for planning, conducting and further development of training in the Americas for our Dragonfly software.

What you will do:

  • Planning and conducting remote or on-site user training in the Americas and internal qualification measures worldwide (TTT-qualification)
  • Conceptualizing new standardized Dragonfly trainings in line with the Comet Yxlon Academy Training strategy as well as further development of existing training courses according to didactic and methodological principles including the creation of training content and documentation.
  • Development of new and/or additional training methods.
  • Taking on projects in the Academy that further develop content, delivery, and customer training effectiveness.
  • Marketing support regarding the Dragonfly Academy product.
  • Travel activity of approximately 50-60% in the Americas region.

What you bring:

  • B.S. or M.S. or equivalent in technical or scientific discipline.
  • Background in Visualization / Analysis software, or/and Computed Tomography.
  • Professional Experience in the field of Training or Application is desired, but not required.
  • General business acumen. Ability to evaluate demands and effectively set priorities.
  • Experience with content creation to build new and effective Academy content.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new concepts and technical content;
    strong technical/ scientific understanding.
  • Confident handling of MS office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-60%;
    mostly in the Americas region (North and South America).
  • Professional / business-level communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills:
    other language skills are desired but not required (French, German, Spanish).
  • Assertiveness and a high level of customer orientation.
  • Strong networking skills;
    intercultural competence.
  • Experience to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptiveness to perform in a dynamic environment.

- Développement de méthodes de formation nouvelles et/ou supplémentaires.

- Prise en charge de projets au sein de l'Académie qui développent davantage le contenu, la prestation et l'efficacité de la formation des clients.

- Support marketing concernant le produit Dragonfly Academy.

- Activité de voyage d'environ 50 à 60 % dans la région des Amériques.

Ce que vous apportez :

- B.S. ou M.S. ou équivalent dans une discipline technique ou scientifique.

- Expérience en logiciels de visualisation/analyse ou/et en tomodensitométrie.

- Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la formation ou de l'application est souhaitée, mais pas obligatoire.

- Sens des affaires général. Capacité à évaluer les demandes et à établir efficacement les priorités.

- Expérience en création de contenu pour créer un contenu d'Académie nouveau et efficace.

- Capacité à comprendre rapidement de nouveaux concepts et contenus techniques ;
solide compréhension technique/scientifique.

- Utilisation sûre des systèmes MS Office et CRM.

- Volonté de voyager jusqu'à 50-60 % ;
principalement dans la région des Amériques (Amérique du Nord et du Sud).

- Communication de niveau professionnel/commercial et compétences de présentation efficaces.

- Maîtrise de l'anglais :
d'autres compétences linguistiques sont souhaitées mais pas obligatoires (français, allemand, espagnol).

- Affirmation de soi et haut niveau d'orientation client.

- Solides compétences en réseautage ;
compétence interculturelle.

- Expérience de travail efficace dans un environnement d'équipe collaborative.

- Flexibilité et adaptabilité pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
