Job Description: Skill set: 5-8 years’ experience in an Application Support role. Experience is supporting applications using ECS cluster, Kafka, Solace, API Microservices Hands on experience with creating automation scripts using Python\Dataflame. Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand. Demonstrated analytical skills Issue tracking and reporting using tools Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools. Good all-round technical skills Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams Ability to plan and organize workload Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder Nice to have skills Rest API Knowledge Ability to develop support tools/scripts as required Functional knowledge of SQL + ability to write SQL database script Deeper understanding of web technologies Understanding of IP networks + ability to analyze and monitor network traffic Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
