Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in project management, estimating, proposals, or business development within the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of civil, infrastructure, and heavy construction scopes. Demonstrated success leading competitive bids and producing high-quality proposal submissions.
