You will provide leadership, supervision, training, and development of the logistics team.Responsibilities:Oversee the logistics team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable movement of fleet lease, factory, and consignment vehicles.Provide leadership, supervision, training, and development for the logistics team, including carrier dispatching, compliance, claims, and internal driver pool management.Manage timekeeping for drivers, clerks, and dispatchers, ensuring proper scheduling and staffing levels.Act as the primary point of contact for transportation, maintaining high customer satisfaction.Monitor financial performance, including total spend, and coordinate changes with senior management.Resolve customer concerns, utilizing performance management reports and KPIs to manage expenses and costs effectively.Support initiatives and ensure the application of standard processes to meet or exceed SLA standards.Promote a safe work environment and ensure department employees are familiar with operating procedures.Foster talent development and maintain a high trust team culture that values diversity and contributions.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in operations.3-5 years of management experience.Ability to work with different cross-functional teams including salesProficiency in using technology, including Google Suite.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to handle disputes diplomatically and maintain composure under pressure.Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Must be able to travel within CanadaPerks + Benefits:Competitive base pay + discretionary bonus up to 15%Full benefits including extended healthRRSP and stock optionsAnnual Incentive PlanAnnual Merit PlanVacation plus additional days off
