Job Description Summary: The Director, Global Service Growth isresponsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to grow the GlobalService business of Accuray. This includes developing and executing, thestrategy and actions to drive the existing service business in additionto developing a holistic view of all value-added services Accuray canoffer customers in the Radiation Oncology marketplace. The person inthis critical role will establish marketing goals to drive growth,ensure share of market and profitability of product upgrades andservices, and will develop and manage services marketing budgets. Thisrole will also strategically evaluate the timely adjustment of marketingstrategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Examine and analyze the marketconditions, competitor activities, customer input and commercialfeedback to refine service product strategy, marketing plans, andprograms for service world-wide. *Develop and execute a strategy todrive core service growth in current offerings with direct and indirectmarkets, driving price accretion, market penetration and growth.*Develop and execute a strategy to drive new service growth invalue-added services for the Radiation Oncology market. *Collaboratewith Regional Marketing and Service Teams to develop and implementservice offerings, pricing, branding and sales tools.
