Homecare Advisor is responsible for delivering VA products to the patients and ensuring that they give proper education on how the product is used. Homecare Advisor will visit the patients regularly as required by the company to comply with the prescription from the doctor.
Handle all administrative tasks and processes in relation to patients and monthly follow up. Specifically, looking after the existing customer base and also taking care of the acquisition of new customers.
In addition, you are available to advise our customers on all aspects of our products and conduct training courses (performing a demo of the diagnostic tool / equipment).
Be available on call 24 hours / availability over weekends / Public Holidays and telephonic assistance of patients
Ensure accurate stock count & control of equipment and disposables whilst monitoring of expenses. Ensure maintenance and usage of the company pool car. Implement and adhere to Safety and Quality related topics, policies and procedures
