Our client is a prestigious organization managing luxury hotels worldwide is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and requires an individual who can work independently and professionally in a high-end environment.This contract is initially for a 6-month period, beginning with an 11-week probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the contract will extend to the remainder of the 6 months. Following this, the contract may be extended in additional 6-month increments. The position requires the employee to work from the office five days a week.Experience Required:2-3 years of administrative experienceAbility to work independentlyIntermediate proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent presentation and professionalismCorporate experience is highly desirableExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support in managing couriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Support with receptionist dutiesManage company cell phones, including setting up devices for new hires and liaising with corporate managers and providers.Assist in the organization and setup of events and townhalls.Perform occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, with tools and assistance availableAnswer and direct phone calls professionally.Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely processing.Update Wi-Fi passwords as needed.Maintain courier documentation and ensure records are up-to-date.Conduct weekly maintenance checks and follow up on repair schedules.Manage supply orders to ensure all office needs are met.Perform mailroom tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.Deal with customs to ensure smooth handling of international shipments.
