Remote Production Planner

Adecco is actively seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler to join our client’s team and to oversee and coordinate all production runs, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments. This role is vital for keeping production on schedule, managing lead times, and facilitating communication between Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps the plant operate at peak efficiency.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am or 7:00am-3:00pm
Permanent | Full-time
Organize shipments with Customer Service and Shipping, ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate order specifications and movement across plant locations
Act as liaison for scheduling communications and manage incoming materials
Control transfer processes and maintain accurate records, including monthly die purges
Office-based with regular production floor visits; Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing machinery is an asset
