Description : L’Estimation automobile vous passionne ? Dans l’équipe d’Estimation Automobile, le ou la conseiller(ère) technique viendra assumer différentes responsabilités visant à assurer une cohérence entre les pratiques d’estimation, l’expérience client et l’expérience partenaire. Le ou la conseiller(ère) agit comme référence dans les dossiers de réclamation plus complexes, assure un suivi des plaintes et agit à titre de personne-ressource pour les estimateurs automobile dans l’équipe. Ce rôle vous permettra de mettre de mettre de déployer vos compétences en analyse, votre esprit d'initiative, votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre autonomie ainsi que votre adaptabilité aux changements.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- S’assurer de l’application des principes de travail d’équipe, de contrôle des coûts, d’expérience client et d’expérience partenaire.
- Analyser et conseiller les divers intervenants (internes et externes) dans le cadre de dossiers de réclamations complexes et problématiques et émet des recommandations sur la décision finale.
- Participer à l’analyse des demandes d’évaluations (internes ou externes) selon le type de dossier, la charge de travail, les spécialités et le territoire, puis émettre des recommandations afin de diriger ces différentes demandes aux bons intervenants.
- Effectuer différents audits de dossiers selon les normes et procédures en place, notamment par la révision des dossiers d’estimateurs (internes et externes). Effectue la rétroaction et émettre des recommandations à son gestionnaire, ainsi qu’à l’équipe des partenariats commerciaux le cas échéant.
- Conseiller les estimateurs (internes et externes) dans les contrôles de qualité (QAT), suivant les travaux exécutés par les partenaires du réseau Beneva. Accompagner les estimateurs et émettre des recommandations aux divers intervenants, tels que les partenaires, les gestionnaires des équipes d’indemnisation, ainsi qu’aux gestionnaires des partenariats commerciaux.
- S’impliquer dans divers projets d’envergure regroupant différents intervenants internes et externes. Émettre des recommandations et suggestions lors de différentes rencontres et comités.
- Coordonner des réunions visant au maintien de hauts standards en matière d’estimation automobile et s’assurer de l’uniformité des pratiques, en respect les normes et directives en vigueur. Identifier les besoins de formation des membres de l’équipe et est responsable de la diffusion de certaines formations. Recommander la mise en place de méthodes de travail visant l’efficience et l’efficacité opérationnelle et participe à l’implantation de celles-ci.
- Accompagner et participer à la formation des nouveaux estimateurs de l’équipe lors de leur intégration et effectuer le suivi post-formation.
- Participer à la coordination des divers intervenants en cas d’évènement météorologique important.
Vos talents et vos qualifications:
Détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles en carrosserie ou l’équivalent.
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en estimation automobile, en carrosserie ou en mécanique automobile.
Détenir un certificat d’évaluateur de dommages automobiles (GAA).
Connaissances en débosselage, peinture et mécanique automobile.
Maitrise de la langue française et maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Office.
