Position: The Ops Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. U-Rite is a Toronto-based real estate technology group that's transforming how the global real estate industry underwrites, values, and manages the built world. U-Rite partners with leading real estate private equity, development, brokerage, and capital markets groups throughout North America in providing underwriting and software-as-a-service.
You will:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Financial Tracking: Support internal bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, to maintain accurate financial records. Ensure meticulous recording and reconciliation of transactions.
Sales Operations: Collaborate with U-Rite’s Chief Revenue Officer to monitor and track sales processes and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
Invoicing and Contract Management: Efficiently create and manage client invoices and contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies.
Human Resources: Assist with recruiting efforts, including job posting, screening, payroll, and onboarding processes. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
Marketing Support: Contribute to general marketing efforts, helping to execute campaigns and analyze their effectiveness in promoting our real estate services
Skills & Knowledge:
Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in financial management/bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial records and processes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, clients, and partners.
