The Box Office Clerk is responsible for day-to-day box office duties and responsibilities.
Supports the Patron Services Coordinator to administer the day-to-day operations of the KCT box office and administration office.
• Prepares daily attendance records and maintain reports for all receipts and cash deposits for box office.
• Maintains inventory of all box office and office supplies.
• Assists with box office efforts regarding special sales periods (i.e., Answers patron inquiries at the box office by email and over the phone and process phone and in person orders using KCT Ticketing Software.
• Maintains knowledge of performances available for sale.
• High school graduation or equivalent
•Testing may be required. If no fully qualified candidates apply, those not fully qualified may be considered for a training opportunity. Training rates will apply.
46 per hour with 2 step progressions to $32.97 per hour
Days of Work Monday - Sunday (as required)
Variable afternoons 4:30-8:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am-5:00pm, as required
Work Location COMMUNITY THEATRE
