Required Skills: • Must Have - good years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. Good years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront. • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management processes. • Experience with Workfront configuration, reporting, and user support. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field. • Good to have-Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe Proof, or other Adobe tools. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Knowledge of system integration platforms like MuleSoft. • Adobe Workfront Core Expert Developer Certification. • Experience in Marketing, PMO, or IT operations. Roles and Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to project and work management. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows within Adobe Workfront. • Configure Workfront templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and automations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize project workflows and resource management. • Provide Tier 1 support for Workfront users, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and training. • Monitor user adoption and recommend enhancements to improve usability and efficiency. • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and conduct onboarding sessions. • Lead Workfront-related discussions with business and IT teams to align on goals and priorities. • Stay current with Workfront features, updates, and best practices. • Support integration efforts with tools like Workfront Fusion, Adobe Proof, and MuleSoft.
