Your Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing files
  • Drafting pleadings, file summaries, mediation and pre-trial memos, motions and settlement briefs
  • Scheduling examinations for discovery, mediations, hearings, and court appointments
  • Preparing Affidavit of Documents; document production and undertakings follow up
  • Trial preparation
What You Bring
  • 5 + years of Personal Injury experience with an emphasis on Tort work and Plaintiff
  • Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institution will be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
