Hiring: Janitorial and Sanitization Worker Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am., to 4:00 pm. - 40 hours per week Location: Woodbridge, Ontario Summary: Magnotta Winery is seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial and Sanitization Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational cleanliness and supporting warehouse activities when required. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all interior and exterior areas. Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling materials. Complete daily housekeeping logs and reports accurately. Assist with warehouse duties as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including WHMIS, and use PPE appropriately. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must have previous experience in janitorial and warehouse and office environments. Strong communication skills and attention to details. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and effective management. Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness. Strong attention to detail. Work Environment The position is based at our Woodbridge facility, which includes production, warehouse and office administration. Work is performed primarily indoors, but duties may also include tasks such as snow removal and salting walkways during winter months. The role involves daily physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials and equipment throughout the shift. Exposure to varying temperatures, cleaning agents, and weather conditions is expected; appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn at all times.
