We help power work from the biomedical sciences and aerospace engineering to astrophysics and climate science. Reporting jointly to the Chief Technical Officer and the Manager, Budget & Operations Strategic Initiatives you will perform a wide range of financial, administrative, facilities and project-tracking functions for SciNet. You will support operational needs by monitoring restricted funds, processing payroll records, arranging facilities service calls, proving administrative support suchas taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas and maintaining the unit's attendance records.



Administering accounts for restricted funds.
Planning and administering expenditures for operating budget.
Liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate purchasing and/or procurement processes/and or policies.
Scheduling day-to-day project activities.
Applying established standards to control the distribution of access to designated University spaces.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or related filed or acceptable combination of education and experience.
Strong SAP Financial Information System (FIS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or equivalent system experience
Strong computer skills in MS Office 365 including strong skills in spreadsheet applications
Schedule: Full-Time
