Role Description
Work on a freelance basis, paid hourly. As a Translator, you will be responsible for translating written content from French to English and/or English to French. You will work closely with the team leader to ensure accurate and high-quality translations, and adhere to project deadlines and guidelines. Additionally, you may be involved in reviewing and proofreading translated materials to ensure linguistic and grammatical accuracy. Applicant must own a recent version of TRADOS.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in translation software and tools. Applicant must own a recent version of TRADOS.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in translations
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in translation or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred

Description du rôle
Travaillez comme pigiste, pour un salaire à l'heure. En tant que traducteur, vous serez responsable de traduire le contenu écrit du français vers l’anglais et/ou de l’anglais vers le français.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le chef d’équipe pour garantir des traductions précises et de haute qualité, et respecter les délais et les directives du projet. De plus, vous pouvez être impliqué dans la révision et la relecture des documents traduits pour garantir l'exactitude linguistique et grammaticale.
Le candidat doit posséder une version récente de TRADOS
Qualifications
· Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise
· Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale dans les deux langues
· Maîtrise des logiciels et outils de traduction, Le candidat doit posséder une version récente de TRADOS
· Excellente attention aux détails et capacité à maintenir l’exactitude des traductions
· Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais des projets
· Une expérience antérieure en traduction ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable
· Un baccalauréat en traduction, en linguistique ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
