As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a manager for our store on St Denis Street in Montreal, Quebec. Please send your application to: social@carreblanc.ca Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Vice President, the mission of this role includes:Ensuring sales efforts align with and support organizational strategyBeing accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumesDeveloping and optimizing stock turnover, margin, and customer baseDelivering and training staff on exceptional Customer ServiceManaging sales staffMaintaining the store and in-store presentationDeveloping budgets and setting goals for team membersManaging communication and promotional operationsMonitoring and steering key trade indicatorsManaging order and stock managementHandling documents for proper accounting follow-upMaintaining the highest level of customer experience in the storeExecuting visual merchandising and brand image according to Carré Blanc standardsCollaborating with the team in Toronto on events and campaignsManaging back-office operations, including inventory management and store schedulesProviding feedback and guidance to the Toronto Team on market/competitive pricing, new products, and competitive activity. Team Building Responsibilities:Recruit and mentor sales staffTrain new team membersLead and develop employees' career aspirationsFoster cohesion, team spirit, and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration within the teamAs the Store Manager, you will represent the Carré Blanc brand to customers and instill corporate values within the store team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and attributes:Post-secondary education in Business Management (an asset) • 3+ years of experience in People Management5+ years of Retail experienceExperience working in a multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment, with e-commerce experience being an assetBilingual in English and FrenchExcellent interpersonal skillsRigorous, results-oriented, and always striving for excellenceEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to embrace changeCommitted, proactive, and passionate about retail and customer service In return, we offer you.At Carré Blanc, you have the opportunity to collaborate with, learn from, and grow alongside colleagues in a complex, global organization.
