Le responsable de compte (Open Platform Business Group) maintiendra des relations de travail positives avec les clients en mettant en œuvre de nouveaux produits, des programmes marketing, en résolvant des problèmes et en gérant le flux des stocks. Le candidat augmentera les opportunités de vente dans des régions spécifiques du Canada avec les clients des canaux existants ainsi que développer notre activité avec de nouveaux comptes. Le responsable de compte est responsable du développement, de la mise en œuvre et de l'exécution de programmes visant à atteindre ces objectifs commerciaux. Les produits ASUS incluront, mais sans s'y limiter, des composants, des moniteurs, des produits sans fil/réseau et des gammes de périphériques. Le responsable de compte est également tenu de gérer entièrement tous les aspects commerciaux des principaux comptes de la maison. Ce rôle peut travailler soit à notre bureau de Markham, en Ontario, soit à notre bureau de Montréal, au Québec.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché pour les produits ASUS auprès des comptes assignés
  • Analyse concurrentielle pour comprendre la situation du marché, fournir des retours en interne et exécuter les plans d'action
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de croissance pour répondre aux objectifs commerciaux trimestriels et annuels
  • Identifier proactivement les opportunités de vente avec les comptes assignés et finaliser le cycle de vente
  • Coordination et organisation de réunions planifiées de routine, y compris des réunions virtuelles et en personne, pour sensibiliser aux opportunités de vente
  • Examiner le rapport de stock et le rapport de POS
  • Fournir une formation sur les produits aux clients et augmenter la part de marché
  • Gérer et assister aux événements clients et salons professionnels de l'industrie
  • Travailler avec le marketing pour créer des solutions marketing pour soutenir les comptes.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ ans de soutien aux ventes directes ou aux ventes par le biais d'un canal de distribution
  • Licence (B.A./B.S.) dans un domaine connexe ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle dans les ventes ou la gestion de comptes
  • Expérience préalable de travail avec le canal IT canadien est requise
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français sont requises.
  • Expérience intermédiaire avec Word, Excel et PowerPoint
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à gérer les priorités du flux de travail
  • Confiance à parler devant de grands groupes et/ou la haute direction
  • Focalisé sur l'initiative pour résoudre les problèmes et créer des résultats positifs
  • Les déplacements au Canada et aux États-Unis sont nécessaires, environ 30%

Description:

The Account Manager (Bilingual) for the Open Platform Business Group will maintain positive working relationships with customers by implementing new products, marketing programs, problem solving and managing inventory flow. The candidate will increase sales opportunities in specific Canada regions with existing channel customers as well as expand our business with new accounts. The Account Manager (Bilingual) is responsible for development, implementation, and execution of programs to achieve these business goals. ASUS products will include but are not limited to components, monitors, wireless/networking, and peripherals lines. The Account Manager is also expected to fully manage all business aspect for tier one house accounts.

This role can work out of either our Markham, ON office or Montreal, QC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for ASUS products to assigned accounts
  • Competitive analysis to understand the market situation, provide feedbacks internally, and execute the action plans
  • Drive sales target and growth to meet quarterly and annual business goals
  • Proactively identifies sales opportunities with assigned accounts, and complete sales cycle
  • Coordinates and arranges routine scheduled meetings, including virtual and face-to-face meetings, to drive awareness for sales opportunities
  • Review inventory report and POS report
  • Provide product training to customers and increase mindshare
  • Manage and attend customer events and industry trade show
  • Work with Marketing to create marketing solutions to support accounts.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years supporting direct sales or sales through distribution channel
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
  • Work experience in sales or account management
  • Prior experience working with Canada IT channel is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French is required.
  • Intermediate experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workflow priorities
  • Confident speaking in front of large groups and/or senior management
  • Focused on taking initiative to solve problems and create positive results
  • Travelling within the Canada and US is required, approximately 30%
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
