The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on manufacturing project needs including Plant Capex projects, CI Initiatives as related to Engineering and Production needs, Safety, and also serve as the lead SME for the new ERP (SAP). Leads the development of requirements for capital equipment and oversees the implementation and integration of the equipment into manufacturing operations. Works closely with the Project Harmony internal team members to direct and streamline the business needs focusing on support from the estimating needs thru to the production and shipping needs.
Lea the manufacturing process improvements with data analysis of the manufacturing processes and direct the overall quality assurance program in an active and hands on manner.
~ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
~ Minimum 5-10 years’ work experience in manufacturing environments with various equipment and prices reviews/implementations
~ Minimum 5-10 years work experience with progressive responsibility in engineering, operations, or IT departments
~3-5 years of hands-on health and safety experience in a Manufacturing environment.
