Reporting to the Clerical Coordinator, the General Office Clerk works independently and is responsible for duties associated with the Diagnostic Imaging Department. advising clerical coordinator what supplies need to be ordered; and opening, sorting and distributing mail/faxes/reports as required. This position will have the main focus of pending and booking in Community Wide Scheduling (CWS) and ensuring DI requests are appropriately logged, triaged and filed.
Monday-Friday; Graduate of a recognized secretarial/clerical program an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of Meditech registration, Meditech Community Wide Scheduling is preferred.
Knowledge of Moneris, eMedical, Access E-Forms, PACS/Web 1000 is an asset.
Competency in other languages considered an asset.
