Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of our facilities and operational services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will oversee administrative, maintenance, and IT support functions that keep our programs and organization running effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader and skilled communicator with a strong background in IT systems, operations management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and support administrative, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure daily operational excellence Oversee general administration and front desk operations Work with the Director of Operations to implement efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives Provide guidance, structure, and accountability within operational functions Manage procurement, including purchasing supplies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and functionality, including warranty and contractor coordination Support organization-wide events such as workshops, the Annual Conference, Gala, and Golf Tournament Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operational support for all programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience Proven experience supervising and managing staff in a team-focused environment Strong technology and IT systems knowledge, including troubleshooting experience Demonstrated skills in procurement, purchasing, and contract negotiation Knowledge of facilities maintenance considered an asset Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Successful completion of a Police Record Check and Child Intervention Check Why Join Us?
