In the past decade, Axxys has expanded into Residential Development, emphasizing impeccable finishes and detail-oriented construction.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, for a Recruiter at Axxys Construction Group. The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with relevant parties. This role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, building a pipeline of talent for future opportunities, and staying informed about industry hiring trends to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Proven expertise( 5-7 years) in talent sourcing, interviewing, and applying recruitment techniques.
Strong understanding of workforce planning and collaboration with hiring managers.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ADP.
Familiarity with recruitment for the construction or development industry is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
