SUMMARY The person in this position has the main responsibility of supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES Billing of revenues; Cash receipts; Collections; Complete accounts payable cycle; Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and backlogs with the purchasing department; Bank reconciliation; Support for the payroll team; Assist the accounting department at month-end; Participation in the annual audit; Any other related tasks QUALIFICATIONS College Diploma in administration (accounting) or a related field; A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; Bilingual (written and spoken) in French and English; Strong organizational skills; Ability to work independently and be flexible; Customer service-oriented attitude; Detail-oriented and structured individual WHAT WE OFFER Flexible work schedules; Virtual Health Clinic; Hybrid working mode; Competitive compensation; Group insurance (including dental insurance); RRSP Program; On-site commodities (free parking and electrical charging stations, 50% refund for the RTC monthly buss passes, cafeteria, free fruits and coffee); Monthly activities organized by our committees (sustainable development, health and well-being, community action, social club, etc.); Open and bright office spaces, ergonomic desks;
