Major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Track & follow up daily, weekly & monthly stores visits.
  • Management of the merchandising team across the country.
  • Collection and analysis of data, preparation of monthly reports.
  • Critical problem solving and organization of tasks between departments for project execution.
  • Tracking and analyzing store shipments to ensure product is properly received.
  • Understanding and relaying feedback from the front line to improve internal procedures.
  • Proactive approaches to eliminate problematic trends
  • Produce and Review Postmortem Reports in a timely manner
  • Creation of operational plans and directives and provide support to ensure proper execution.
  • Administrative tasks: managing emails and requests, filing files, sending, and creating related media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Commerce/ Supply-Chain management/Administration/Fashion
  • Must have 3-4 years in retail operations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong organizational, research and analytical skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and basic French both spoken and written
  • Traveling within 3 times a year

Les principales tâches et responsabilités sont les suivantes

  • Assurer le suivi des visites quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles des magasins.
  • Gestion de l'équipe de merchandising dans tout le pays.
  • Collecte et analyse des données, préparation des rapports mensuels.
  • Résolution de problèmes critiques et organisation des tâches entre les départements pour l'exécution des projets.
  • Suivi et analyse des expéditions des magasins pour s'assurer que les produits sont correctement reçus.
  • Compréhension et transmission du retour d'information de la première ligne afin d'améliorer les procédures internes.
  • Approches proactives pour éliminer les tendances problématiques
  • Produire et examiner les rapports post-mortem dans les délais impartis.
  • Créer des plans opérationnels et des directives et fournir un soutien pour assurer une exécution correcte.
  • Tâches administratives : gestion des courriels et des demandes, classement des dossiers, envoi et création de supports connexes.

Exigences

  • Licence en commerce, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration ou mode.
  • Doit avoir 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et d'Excel
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de recherche et d'analyse
  • Le candidat doit avoir le souci du détail, être proactif et capable de respecter les délais.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français de base.
  • Déplacements (3 fois par an).
