Ability to identify, assess, monitor, manage and report on compliance risk with a deep understanding of banking regulatory requirements.
4+ years of financial services experience in the financial services industry with an understanding of bank business lines and operation units.
~ Experience working with derivatives is considered an asset along with securities law and related regulatory compliance.
~ Experience within a corporate or financial institution related to ISDA documentation, a plus.
~ Member in good standing with your respective Law Society.
