Harding Medical is searching for a Service Technician to join our team in Charlottetown, PE. Leave every workday with the feeling of completing rewarding and meaningful work with a positive impact.
Responsible for installation and repair of rehab and home health care equipment
Test fault equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction
Test electronic components and circuits to locate defects
Replace defective components and adjust mechanical parts
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service work performed
Manage company assets effectively including parts inventory, tools, test equipment and business expenditures per company policy or procedure
Attend training classes whether held on customer site, in house or at any other location determined by supervisor and/or management. Actively participate in personal upgrading in the form of continuing education and training to keep pace with advancing technology
Comprehensive health and dental benefits

Excellent mechanical abilities
Previous customer service and/or administrative experience would be considered an asset
Familiarity with seating systems and rehabilitation products as well as knowledge of wheelchair/mobility product market and its suppliers would be considered an asset
