We are currently hiring for a Robotic Welder/Programmer, a full-time role offering competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent potential for career growth.
The ideal candidate is responsible to weld and program assemblies and the operation of robotic welding equipment for any Schulte product in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System

This position requires relocation to the Englefeld/Humboldt or nearby area. We offer relocation support for the right candidate.

Ability to read shop drawings and operate automated welding systems
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little or no supervision
Skills needed to identify substandard workmanship in fabrication and weld process
Strong computer skills
High Post-secondary education in a technical field, or a combination of previous robotic weld experience and education
Robotic weld and general weld experience
