The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders from across the organization to gather requirements, design solutions, and help ensure the successful transition to the new business process. This opportunity will appeal to an individual who enjoys working independently and in a team environment, and who demonstrates effective critical thinking, problem-solving and facilitation skills, and is adaptable and able to effectively complete deliverables in a timely fashion. This Business Analyst will utilize their excellent written and oral communication skills to support this change to the organization. Position Responsibilities:
- Work with end users and stakeholders to design solutions to business problems related to process changes.
- Be a liaison between the project teams, technology teams, and support teams.
- Collaborate with project team members to progress the project forward as per the project plan and scope outline.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the project artifacts.
- Support OCM team with change readiness activities, as required.
- Analytical/critical thinking.

- Ability to understand the business architecture being analyzed.
