Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de la Stratégie Marketing pour joindre leur équipe. Relevant au Directeur des opérations marketing et performance, le/la gestionnaire élaborera des stratégies de marketing qui propulseront la croissance du client. Dans ce rôle clé, il/elle exploitera l’intelligence et les données d'affaires pour élaborer des stratégies de mise en marché visant à améliorer la notoriété de la marque et à générer des clients potentiels (leads). Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de vente et de marketing des unités d’affaires, de même qu’avec l’équipe marketing global, le/la gestionnaire orchestrera des stratégies interfonctionnelles pour nos diverses unités d’affaires. L’expertise dans l'élaboration de stratégies d’impact sera déterminante pour soutenir la mission et les objectifs de croissance du client. Le rôle est également crucial dans l'établissement et la gestion de partenariats pour soutenir leur mission.

· Concevoir des briefs axés sur les données qui inspirent les équipes à produire des résultats finaux percutants, en assurant l'alignement avec les objectifs du client pour un plein potentiel de croissance dans des marchés et des secteurs verticaux diversifiés et précis.

· Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing global pour développer des stratégies de mise en marché qui sont alignées avec les objectifs des unités d'affaires et le plan de match du marketing global, en visant des objectifs numériques stimulants et en adoptant une pensée stratégique B2B en continu.

· Préparer et contribuer aux sessions de CEO Review, en démontrant la valeur du leadership en matière de marketing global.

· Faire des présentations exécutives pour divers projets, y compris des plans de campagne 360°, des analyses de la concurrence, des présentations de mise en marché (go-to-market) et des rétrospectives.

· Établir et entretenir des relations avec les unités d’affaires (marketing et ventes), en les aidant à aligner leur vision sur des initiatives concrètes de création de valeur.

· Effectuer une surveillance de l'écosystème des services de sécurité en Amérique du Nord et dans le monde afin de comprendre le positionnement et les stratégies des concurrents.

· Servir de conseiller expert dans votre discipline, en soutenant activement les efforts de développement d’affaires et en collaborant avec l'équipe marketing global.

· Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans une discipline connexe, ou expérience pertinente.

· Plus de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du marketing, dont au moins 5 ans axés sur la stratégie dans un secteur B2B.

· Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), avec de grandes capacités d'analyse de données à l'aide d'Excel.

· Bonne connaissance des différents canaux numériques (Paid, Owned, Earned) - Qualification très appréciée.

· Solides compétences analytiques et stratégiques : Capacité à synthétiser les informations sur le marché et les données commerciales en stratégies exploitables.

· Communication efficace : Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, essentielles pour articuler les plans stratégiques et favoriser la collaboration entre les unités d’affaires.

· Capacité d'adaptation et agilité : A l'aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide et capable d'ajuster rapidement ses stratégies en fonction du retour d'information.
