Responsabilités principales : Fournir un soutien technique de qualité aux clients (par téléphone ou par courriel). Conseiller les clients dans le choix de produits adaptés à leurs besoins. Préparer des soumissions et recommandations en fonction des demandes reçues. Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques liés à l’installation, à la configuration ou à l’utilisation des produits. Proposer de manière proactive des solutions alternatives ou complémentaires pour optimiser les applications des clients. Assurer un service à la clientèle professionnel et orienté sur la satisfaction. Profil recherché : Minimum de 1 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de soutien technique ou service à la clientèle dans le secteur industriel. Bonne compréhension des systèmes d’automatisation, électromécanique ou contrôle industriel. Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, schémas ou documents techniques (une expérience avec AutoCAD constitue un atout). Excellentes compétences en communication en français et anglais. Formation technique pertinente (DEC en électromécanique, automatisation, électronique industrielle ou domaine connexe). Conditions offertes : Salaire compétitif selon l’expérience. Profile: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service in an industrial environment. • Solid understanding of automation systems, electromechanics, or industrial control. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, or schematics (experience with AutoCAD is an asset). • Excellent communication skills in both French and English. • Relevant technical education (DEC in Electromechanics, Automation, Industrial Electronics, or related field).
