Contract - Project Manager - Dynamics Business Central

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience driving end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ideally with exposure to LS Retail solutions. This leader plays a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects for retail and related sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, with focus on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Manage cross-functional project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, internal IT, functional business units, and external vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Apply expertise in LS Retail to guide system integration and ensure retail-specific requirements are met. Oversee change management, training, and user adoption activities for smooth business transformation. Track and report on project progress, financials, and key success metrics to leadership. Facilitate issue resolution and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical participants. Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and governance policies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations. Demonstrated knowledge of LS Retail modules is highly desirable. Solid understanding of ERP methodologies, business process mapping, and digital transformation frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. PM certifications (PMP, Agile, or similar) preferred.
