Maintain gardens to ensure specific requirements and expectations are met
Perform basic maintenance such as watering flowers, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking
Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and plants
Maintain clean gardens by clearing garbage from the gardens and grounds.
Provide guidance to management on matters related to the gardens
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Flexible to work evenings and weekends, as required
Working in outdoor conditions for long periods of time
Physically fit and able to operate small and heavy machinery
Ability to work at The Great George Hotel and The Hotel on Pownal as needed
