Application deadline : June 25, 2024 Key Accountabilities: Conduct thorough marketplace research and perform insightful data analysis to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making
Issue RFP/RFQ, obtain competitive quotations, considering both commercial and technical aspects. Present findings to stakeholders for their approvals, ensuring well-informed decision-making in supplier selection and procurement strategies
Prepare, administer, and efficiently close out contracts, including managing change orders and amendments as needed, ensuring smooth contract management through all stages of the lifecycle.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and metrics, including detailed spend evaluations and cost comparisons, enabling informed business decisions.
Monitor and evaluate contract performance, proactively addressing any issues, and ensuring all parties uphold contractual obligations and service level agreements. What You Bring to the Role: 5+ years of contract management experience with a university degree or related post-secondary education
Desire to pursue or completion of a Supply Chain Management Professional designation is considered an asset
Practical experience with contract development, including exposure to negotiating contract terms and conditions
Experience with contract management systems
Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Word
