About the Role:
As our clients HR Process Innovation Coordinator, you'll spearhead the collection and analysis of HR data to enhance efficiencies and elevate information accessibility. Your pivotal role involves identifying and managing the development of process improvement plans within our clients HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- innovative strategies to streamline processes and drive automation.
- as an expert in HR data systems, leading new process initiatives from inception to implementation.
- with HR teams to develop and implement new tools, providing training and support as needed.
- HR dashboards using Power BI and execute new workflows, conducting post-audits and process monitoring.
- staffing headcounts and collaborate with teams on staffing changes, driving business outcomes through KPI scorecards and dashboards.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of progressive experience in data analytics or related field.
- degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or similar field.
- CHRP designation preferred.
- with Power BI is advantageous, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Use of Transact SQL or XML is an asset, along with advanced Excel skills.
