Land Escape Maintenance is looking for an experienced Landscaping Foreman in a Maintenance position to join our team. We were established in 2007 and specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and landscaping construction including stone walls, brick pathways, patios, and much more. We are currently looking for a reliable team member to join our out team on a full-time basis in a Landscaping Foreman - Maintenance position. We work rain or shine Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities to work on the weekends (if desired). In accordance with WorkSafe on-site protocols, you'll need proper footwear; hearing and eye protection is provided. What you can expect from us: Fair compensation for consistent performance. Be experienced – our work is fast paced and high quality. We are looking for a team member with 3-5 years of landscaping experience to join our team and become immersed in our current and future projects. Be punctual –show up at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time ready to work. Be versatile –although the majority of day-to-day work will be routine, it is important that you are able to adapt to changes in daily duties if need be. Be fit –working outside can be as challenging as it is enjoyable. A degree of cardiovascular endurance is important. Additionally, we recommend being able to lift at least 50 lbs. Wage: The compensation for this position is in the range of $27 - 30/hour based on your experience, skill set, and certifications. We are looking for someone who is reliable and looking to join our company long term. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping services. Ability to lead and take ownership of projects. Previous experience operating equipment. Keen attitude. Class 5 drivers license. Assets: Quick learner. Independent and self-motivated. Certifications.
