• Leading a collaborative financial management approach that ensures fiscal responsibility and secures sustainable operating revenues and program funding sources.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, government agencies, and the broader community, through a commitment to open communication and collaboration.
• Guiding the organization with a social enterprise mindset , balancing financial sustainability with a strong commitment to positive community impact.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably with social enterprise experience in either a non-profit or for-profit setting.
• Proven track record of success in strategic planning, financial management, and Community Economic Development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for innovation, community development, and creating positive social impact.
