The Opportunity We are seeking a refined F&B Server to deliver polished service in our wellness café and at bespoke VIP events. This role requires more than standard café service: it blends hospitality artistry with knowledge of wellness dining, non-alcoholic cocktails, and luxury beverage presentation. Key Responsibilities Deliver attentive, elegant service in the café. Guide guests through menus, explaining wellness benefits. Serve food and drinks with precision and visual artistry. Prepare and present mocktails, wellness cocktails, smoothies, and juices. Confidently perform wine and champagne service to five-star standards. Support spa events, bespoke dining, and curated wellness celebrations. Collaborate with chefs and baristas to ensure seamless service flow. Candidate Profile 2–3 years' experience in luxury café, restaurant, or high-end F&B. Forbes Five-Star or luxury hospitality training. Skilled in non-alcoholic beverage preparation. Knowledge of wine and champagne service etiquette. Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Professional, discreet, and detail-focused. Passion for wellness, nutrition, and mindful living.
