Reporting to the Director, Organizational Effectiveness, the HR Specialist, Organizational Effectiveness Projects plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes, particularly in the realm of Human Resources (HR). This role is multifaceted, involving project management, process mapping, documentation, and support for various HR initiatives. The specialist will primarily focus on corporate and international HR processes, with a keen eye on leveraging technology solutions and standardizing HR practices across the organization. Additionally, they will spearhead projects such as expatriate and Canadian payroll solutions and provide essential support for HR systems including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Core HR, and Payroll.

The HR Specialist, Organizational Effectiveness Projects will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out HR processes and document procedures.
Ensure alignment of HR processes with organizational goals and standards.
Support the integration of technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and procedures.
Lead the end-to-end project management of expatriate and Canadian payroll solution implementation(s).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and steward project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of expatriate and Canadian payroll solution(s) with existing systems.
Provide comprehensive support for various HR projects, with a focus on LMS, Core HR, and Payroll.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR systems and technologies.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of HR systems.
Other HR projects as required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
