Role Summary

Sophos is looking for a new team member to join our world-class Americas regional marketing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional to drive awareness, engagement, and opportunities for our highly effective award winning next-gen cybersecurity solutions. Reporting to the Director of Americas Regional Marketing, the Manager, Americas Regional Marketing will be responsible for driving the demand generation and partner recruitment strategy for Sophos Americas, including regional marketing initiatives, events, webcasts, communications, and enablement. This hybrid position is based out of our downtown Vancouver, BC office.

What You Will Do
  • Drive the demand gen and partner recruitment strategy for North America; provide regular updates on marketing plans, results, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to establish go-to-market strategies and determine the most effective programs to meet revenue goals through new logo acquisition, cross sell, and upsell across the portfolio.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams and vendors to implement data driven processes and execution.
  • Manage and develop a team of regional field marketers to ensure consistency and high-level execution.
  • Manage a defined budget, track the progress of your initiatives, and communicate the outcomes.
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Prior experience with technology/cybersecurity solutions a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to have a significant impact on the business.
  • Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and passion.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Sharp marketing skills: build creative and effective emails, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Flexibility to travel across North America on occasion (~15%)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $92,000 to $153,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
