Aftermarket Programs Coordinator
, where you'll play a vital role in managing key programs that support our customers and drive departmental success. This is an opportunity to take ownership of new and developing initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and help shape the future of our service operations. You'll coordinate several core areas – including our in-house Strapping Head Rebuild Program, Manufactured Spares Orders, and the launch of our new Power Beam Cylinder business line – ensuring everything runs efficiently, profitably, and with clear communication between our customers and internal teams.

Coordinate scheduling, quoting, and customer communication for rebuild and manufacturing projects
Track timelines, costs, and margins to ensure each project's success
Manage documentation, orders, and trackers within Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a project coordination, service, or manufacturing environment
~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP/CRM systems (Epicor & HubSpot an asset)
~ Technical or mechanical aptitude a plus
