Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As part of the Operations team, you will be at the center of the organization helping identify issues and solve problems. The Office Administrator will work with the Operations and Executive team in a number of areas to support to the team and the business as a whole. Helping us grow. We need someone who’s willing to go the extra mile and help to generate ideas, solve problems and grow with the company. Add to the discussion, take on your own projects, and see how you can impact the overall business.
From documentations to data review to ordering groceries for the office. This role will help make sure everything is running smoothly and the office is great place to work. Some of these tasks will include:

Accounts receivable - sending invoices to customers, responding to inquiries and following-up on overdue payments.
Data validation, cleansing and quality control.
Purchasing - ensuring the office is well stocked on everything from groceries to laptops.
Providing assistance to internal team projects and objectives.
~ Experience with any of the following are would be considered an asset:
Data review and quality control
Microsoft Office Suite
Extended health, dental, and vision care
A relaxed, casual work environment — no dress code
Fully stocked kitchen, with a pantry of complimentary snacks and drinks
Regular team lunches/dinners and company events and socials
