Role Description This is a full-time role for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. This is an on-site role located in downtown Toronto near UofT. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, prescribing medication, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, managing patient care plans, and conducting follow-up visits. The Nurse Practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and compliance with medical standards and regulations. Qualifications Advanced practice nursing skills, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions Experience in conducting physical exams and managing patient care plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions Master's degree in Nursing or other relevant field from an accredited program Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and current licensure in Ontario Base Salary: 110k - 150k
