Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Automotive Service Advisor at Northern Auto & Tire. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring effective communication with customers and technicians. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems used in the automotive industry
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is a plus
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are a plus
