These duties include a wide variety of tasks from offering customer service to administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including answering phones and greeting customers
  • Receive and send mail
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning and laminating
  • Manage New and Used Inventory with getting their packages done up and into all the systems,
  • Reconcile Cash in PBS
  • Doing outbound service calls

Requirements:

  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and pays attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time managementskills

Wage:

  • Hourly pay; $20 per hour with a 90 day review

Schedule:

  • Full time
