Our client, an organization that partners with owners and residents to provide consultative solutions is looking to hire a Property Accountant or Senior Property Accountant.


Responsibilities and duties of the Property Accountant are as follows:
Produce monthly financial statements for all condominium corporation and shared facilities
Provide advice to the Property Managers and President of the company when required
Reconciliation of monthly bank statements
Update monthly Reserve Funds Investment Schedule and notification to PM and VP Finance as to expected maturity
Microsoft Office Proficiency including Excel and Word
Demonstrated ability to ensure the production of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including all aspects of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow reporting and analysis
