Commercial Litigation Law Clerk Toronto - Hybrid Remote About the role: We are working with a  respected litigation firm that is expanding its  commercial litigation practice and is seeking an experienced  Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join its team. This role offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated commercial litigation files and the opportunity to work closely with lawyers throughout all stages of litigation. Why you'll love working with this law firm: Engaging, varied work – no two files are the same Supportive team culture with mentorship and collaboration Meaningful litigation matters that require care, judgment, and professionalism Opportunity for growth as the practice continues to expand What you'll be doing: Assisting lawyers with all aspects of  commercial litigation files Drafting and managing  pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal documents Preparing  motion records, trial briefs, and court filings Managing  document production, undertakings, and discovery processes Communicating professionally with  clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff Organizing and maintaining files to ensure  accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are met What we're looking for: Graduate of a  recognized Ontario Law Clerk program ( ILCO certification required )3+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in  commercial litigation Strong working knowledge of  litigation procedures and court documentation Excellent  written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
