This is an exciting short-term opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects by ensuring accurate, polished, and professional document preparation. If you thrive on precision, speed, and organization, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Build Microsoft Word templates with styles according to client formatting requirements. Transfer content into new templates and format documents for consistency and professionalism. Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting for accuracy and adherence to standards. Apply advanced Word features, create tables, and ensure polished document presentation. Organize, store, and update files on SharePoint. Work closely with project teams to meet tight submission deadlines. Handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities quickly. What You Need to Succeed Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (template creation, styles, formatting). Fast and accurate word processing skills. Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with SharePoint for document management. Bonus: Experience with Adobe Professional for PDF compilation and a background in construction/engineering.
